Kazimierz Duda C.K.M. Band of Brothers CHRONICLES DOCUMENTS

In January we received our own CKM with some equipment and spare parts, we also received PIAT - i.e. tank bomb launchers, one per platoon.
Rifles borrowed from the infantry were returned to the warehouse.
The weapons the squadron received were first-class - brand new, straight from the armoury. Thoroughly equipped with spare parts gave us hope that this is the weapon the squadron will use during the war.
At the end of January we started shooting with the CKM - at first training as usual, then training and combat. The attached training programme for January does not include shooting ranges, as these are included in the shooting training hours.
The initial shooting was not very entertaining for the shooters, as these people had already been through better shooting, and most had been to war. Nevertheless, everyone's ambition was to shoot as well as possible.
Later, when the long distance shooting started, the interest increased.
