Kazimierz Duda C.K.M. Band of Brothers CHRONICLES DOCUMENTS

To them belonged platoon leader Żuchowski Stanisław (in January 1944 promoted to the rank of sergeant) platoon leader Janiak, platoon leader Wójcik and others.
Working with such staff was not hard, because they got down to work efficiently and reliably. We received Polish and English instructions complete and in sufficient quantity. The weekly programme was arranged by the Squadron Leader. Here, with the help of the Squadron Leader, he directed the training of the Squadron.
The training of the squadron was mainly in one direction; namely, to learn the weapons in their possession, which were new to most of them.
The manning of drivers for the equipment was not bad, for although many drivers did not have a licence for tracked vehicles, they were old seasoned "drivers" who could ride on any equipment. The tracked vehicle licence was extended in the month of February. Technical training was not provided by the squadron, as it was unnecessary, apart from the occasional passing of technical notices.
