Kazimierz Duda C.K.M. Band of Brothers CHRONICLES DOCUMENTS

The weather is pleasant - there are no exercises, although the Brigade has a project to organise exercises for the Battalions.
We are looking for a slogan for the march. The states in the division are complete, the material and equipment too. The Division is indeed buttoned up1 .
However, there is no news of our departure to the loading area, but we will not be here for long - 10 days at most, as the A.T.S.2 'Women's Auxiliary Service' clearly states.
Every day the British troops leave for the front, accompanied by a poor camp band. Apparently they are already learning Polish marches: 'Szwoleżerów i szyldwacha'3. We will see if they want to play for us too.
In the Aldershot camp, work continues at an incredible pace. Polish and English orders arrive in staggering quantities and they all have to be dealt with urgently!
We paint, write, make lists, do maintenance, because soon we have to be ready to leave.
